Hiking tour Eichstätt to the Willibaldsburg, Frauenberg Kapelle and the city centre

After visiting the inside of the castle, the Jura-Museum and the Burgschänke the next attraction point is the "Frauenberg Kapelle", which you can see from the inside as well. It's also a good place with a nice view to make a break because there are some benches. In addition to that, there is a public toilet.  Close to the Kapelle there is a large grass-covered area, where children can play. To get back to the city centre or train station you can follow a beautiful natural path through the forest until you reach a big road within a residential area. Now you can go into the city centre, where you can visit some churches. All in all, it's a simple hiking tour, which you can pass with your family.  

Train: The stop Eichstätt stadt.
Bus: The bus stop is exactly there.
Car: If you drive from the direction Ingolstadt just continue straight on. After the first cross with the traffic light continue straight ca 100 metres and the train station is on the right side.
